First and foremost, I want to emphasize that your health and safety is a priority to us at The Vaisman P.C.
As we live through very difficult times, The Vaisman P.C. is open for business, just reduced physical in the office hours. As always, all in the office meetings will be “by appointment” only. If we can resolve any issues telephonically or via email or through any other means, we will strive to do so.
For those of you that do come in the office for meetings, please be assured that the chairs and door handles and pens are properly sanitized after each appointment.
I have already started to and will continue to update each of you individually (as it applies) as to the opening/closing of USCIS, Immigration Court and Asylum Office as it impacts each and every one of you differently. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, do not hesitate to contact me.
If you feel ill, contact me and we will definitely strive to resolve all problems remotely. Do not leave your home if you are ill.
United States Citizenship and Immigration Services announced that any immigrant who gets tested or treated for the corona virus will not be negatively impacted.
“USCIS encourages all those, including aliens, with symptoms that resemble coronavirus (COVID-19) (fever, cough, shortness of breath) to seek necessary medical treatment or preventive services,” the agency said in a statement. “Such treatment or preventive services will not negatively affect any alien as part of a future public charge analysis.”
Stay safe everyone and together we shall overcome this.
All the best,
Irene Vaisman Esq.
